This is mostly for those who were in Yekaterinburg mission around 1996-99, who were there under Pres. Efimov, and Pres. Jarvis... A few of us are gathering at Liberty Park in Salt Lake City (aprox. 700 East and 1300 South) on July 25, 2007, at 3:00 pm. We are having a picnick party, and would love to see anyone who wishes to join us! Please bring your own food, drinks and blanket, because we don't know who all will be able to make it. We didn't reserve a pavillion or anything, so we are hoping to meet some where near the carosell, north of the Tracy Aviary. If we aren't able to secure a good spot neer there we'll probably move east ward, north of the duck pond (on the other side of the hill). I hope these directions are easy enough to understand. And I hope to see many of you there! Bring friends and family, and please pass on the word to all whom you think would be interested in joining us! Angela (Osthed) Taylor

Hey everybody: It’s that time again! Yep, that time when we cram everyone together and force them to eat food and retell mission stories! Mua-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! But seriously, though, this year’s mission reunion is going to be great. This reunion will be held at the Gee residence on Friday, March 30, 2007 from about 6:00 PM-9:00 PM. Everyone is welcome to bring their spouses, soon-to-be spouses, or “special” friends, as well as something that’s edible and yummy to share. If you know of any older missionaries, or Russians from the Yekaterinburg Mission who are going to be in the area, please invite them, as this reunion is for everyone, not only us "Geetian" missionaries. Please leave for the reunion early enough to compensate for Conference-weekend traffic, which was a problem last year, some people didn’t make it. Below is a link to a map, if you need help navigating Bountiful’s very truly confusing street system. Hope to see you there! - McKay Bonham, Gabe & Elya Ghent The Gee Residence: 3090 Oakwood Dr BOUNTIFUL , UT 84010-4438 801 298-5275 http://maps.google.com/maps?f=q&hl=en&q=3090+Oakwood+Dr.,+Bountiful,+Utah&layer=&sll=40.84133,-111.896417&sspn=0.010438,0.021071&ie=UTF8&z=14&ll=40.856085,-111.868715&spn=0.041743,0.084286&om=1&iwloc=addr

Mission Reunion Time again! September 29, starting at 6:00 pm. Through the efforts of Matt and Laura Robinson, we have secured the Church at 1600 N 900 E in Provo as our Reunion site. It is easy to find (just East of the BYU campus), has great parking, and there will be room enough for everyone. We hope to see all who have an interest in the Yekaterinburg Mission including the old timers (From the Efimov, Jarvis, Hall years), as well as more recently returned missionaries and all the Russians who happen to be in the area. Bring your spouse and some snacks to share.

Hello Yekaters!!!! The time has come for a Russia Yekaterinburg mission reunion! As you are aware, President and Sister Gee have recently returned from Russia and we are excited to get everyone together again! Following are the details: DATE: Friday, SEPTEMBER 30, 2005 TIME: 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. LOCATION: LDS Chapel 910 E 700 N, Provo, UT (southeast of BYU campus) DATE: SEPTEMBER 30 Seeing that people like to have something to eat, we ask that everyone bring something to snack on while we visit with friends and former companions. May we suggest the following: If you last name starts with a letter between A-F: Vegetables or Fruit (for 5-8 people) G-M: Chips and/or dip N-S: Dessert (for 5-8 people) T-Z: Drink We'll provide the cups, plates, and napkins. Did we mention that it is going to be on SEPTEMBER 30? This reunion is to provide a chance to visit with old friends and make new ones, but there will also be a short program in which President and Sister Gee will speak to us and show a few pictures. That program will begin at 7:00 p.m. Also, if you would like to add pictures to the slideshow, send the pictures to geemj@geenet.org. If you have any questions, feel free to email Noah Dunlap at nonoinrussia_mtz@hotmail.com, or Brandon Porter at porteryekat@hotmail.com. We look forward to seeing you there! Also, we would like somewhat of an idea of the numbers of who will be coming, so please send an RSVP to either of these addresses as well. We look forward to seeing you SEPTEMBER 30!!! P.S. Please forward this to all the missionaries on your e-mail lists, or call those who you know don't have e-mail. If everyone gets 4 or 5 copies of the e-mail, that's o.k.!
