Hello:) I am soon on my way to the Yekaterinburg Mission. I am interested in knowing what missionaries usually bring regarding electrical appliances (adapters, converters, batteries, etc.) and also what missionaries like to use for audio players (cd's, mp3 players, chargers, speakers.) Also, what do most missionaries do for cameras - is there time and access to download digital pictures, or is a regular film camera best? I would appreciate anyone's reply. Thank you:)

I lost contact with the Yekaterinburg Mission back in 2003 and wanted to know if Brother Albert (the former president of the mission) is still there.
If anyone can at the mission can please let me know how things are going, and also if Brother Albert is still there. I would like to sponsor him to come to the USA.

Hi,
I work for More Good Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that helps persons of all faiths find accurate information about The Church of Jesus Christ on the Internet. We are in the process of setting up a website that would have chat, forums, blogs, video, and other social networking media for the Russian Youth. Andrey Filimonov and Elder Pieper who work at the Europe East Area office are the ones who have requested in. They said that the Russian youth have wanted it for quite awhile.
We are looking for a good name to call the site that would be familiar to the Russian members, in the same way that MormonChat or MormonPortal would be familiar to English speaking members. I know that some words just don't translate the same way, and want to know what the popular terms would be.
I'm really excited about getting this up and running. Andrey Filimonov and Elder Pieper who work at the Europe East Area office are the ones who have requested in. They said that the Russian youth have wanted it for quite awhile. Any help you could give would be appreciated.
