My husband and I are adopting children from the region of Chelyabinsk. Our orphanage could be in any of the major cities around there, including Magnitogorsk, Zlatoust, Miass, Chelyabinsk or Kopeysk. We will find out soon ,hopefully, and will be coming to Russia in a month or so. Do you have any information on local wards in these areas, if any? Is there anyone out there who would like to host an American family while we are there? We could pay for our room and board, and I would love to make your family delicious Italian and American dinners in exchange for your kindness... Alena, I was able to find the locations of the 7 wards and one branch in your stake. There doesn't appear to be one right in Pompano Beach. You can find the information on lds.org and go to "Stake and Ward Websites". From there you can search for the Pompano Beach Stake. If you click on the name of the wards, they will list phone numbers and addresses of the buildings. I hope this helps. If not, please e-mail me and I will find out more information for you. I hope you are doing well. I tried to e-mail you a couple of months back and would love to hear from you.
