Hello everyone. I just thought I would add a little note to all those who served in Ufa. I talked with Neil Nurligaiyonov and his family last week. He and his family went to the temple and were sealed. He sounded like he was doing very well. He mentioned that Denis Uldanov is married and has a kid.
Also, for those of you who remember Mars Bulatov, I talked him as well. He has started a sucessful lumber business and wants to come visit the states for a couple of weeks. I offered him a place out here in the east but I think he wants to come to Salt Lake as well. If someone could set him up that would be great.

Whats up people, I was just recently called to serve in the Yekaterinburg Mission. I am from Utah, and I can not tell you how excited I am. I'm so glad that I get to serve out of my own country, (America). I know that it will be cold and very hard to learn the language, but with the Lords help, anything is possible. I am not afraid of the cold, because I have always enjoyed the cold. I am excited to wear the big poofy hats and coats, but especially learning the language. If there is anyone out their that feels scared about this mission, just remember the Lord sends us to these places for reasons. So just have faith and I promise you'll feel good. Well Idon't want to write a novel so, I'm out, so bye.

My son has just been called to the Yekaterinburg Mission. I am a convert to the church myself and this is my husband and my first missionary experience, our families are not members. Help!! What should he expect? Can he get packages and mail easily? What about food? Is it expensive to live, and can he use a visa debit card without too much hassel? Will he have all the modern conviences such as showers, laundry facilitys? Can you tell me how to get a hold of the Mission President, Martell J. Gee? Please help me, I am scared and not sure if I can let this happen.
