My Dad is seriously considering going to Yekaterinburg this December to pick up my little brother from his mission. I would appreciate knowing about anyone else's experiences recently with travel in Russia. Best fares, ways to travel (plane or train), and how to get an invitation and what you have do with church HQ would be appreciated. Thanks so much!

I am a senior missionary in the Sacramento California mission working with an elder from Russia. His birthday is coming up, and I would love to know how to write "Happy Birthday" in Russian. And I'd like to know if there are any traditions I could use to help celebrate his birthday. Thanks! Kathy

Our son is serving in Russia right now. He tells us members can't get a patriarchal blessing until they get a Stake in Russia. Does any one know what tribes are coming out of Russia via those who leave the country? Any information you could give me about lineage in Russia would be greatly appreciated.

I have an Aunt in Spanish Fork, UT who recently adopted 3 children from the Ukraine. They speak only Russian and limited Ukrainian. My husband has been speaking to them on the phone however my aunt needs someone close by who might be willing to spend a couple hours a week playing with them and helping her. If you might be able to help please e-mail Brad. Thank You

Hello my sisters and brothers! I will write in Russian: Ya hochu podelitsya s vami moimi vpechatleniyami. Ya dostigla svoei zeli: ya zdes v Salt Lake City and I saw the Temple and ya bila v nem! Ya chuvstvuu stolko mira i blagodati v svoem serdze, chto o takom kolichestve takih chuvstv ya daje ne podozrevala. Segodnya ya krestila mou babushku. Ya chuvstvovala ee prisutsvie, ee radost' and happy! Ya plakala v kupele... Teper ya ne edinstvenniy member of His Church in my family. Ya bezumno blagodarna Bogu za ego lubov k nam!
Segodnya ya takje videla 2 pari, kotorie prishli v Temple, chtobi zapechatatsya na vechnost. Vokrug nih svetil yarkii svet lubvi. Oni bili prekrasni!
And I wish vsem molodim ludyam naiti drug druga, and vsem chlenam Church imet bolshe vozmojnostei poseshat Temple! I lublu vas and vsem jelau bit schastlivimi.
