hey just wanted to let everyone know about a very coooollll anouncement. there are going to be three new temples in california. redlands, newport beach and sacramento. the redlands temple is going to be about 30-40 minutes away from my house. that is sooooooo cooooool!!!!!!!!!!

Is anyone interested in doing some service for a needy Russian in Salt Lake right now? If so, let me know asap. I volunteer at Life Care, and they need someone to visit a Russian dedushka in a resthome on a weekly or biweekly basis to just be a friend and support. He has no family to visit him. My son is in Yekat. I am a little confused, actually alot confused, but... He says that they are not able to take pictures, they are not to bring their cameras out of their apartments. If the members get their cameras and take the pics and return them, then it's ok. He said that last March when the elections were held, that they were told not to take pictures. Of course, somebody did, and there were some problems. Is this just in Yekat or what? I don't think so, cause he said the problem was in Moscow. Does anybody know anything? Crummy if he can't come home and show us what Russia is like. Email me if you know anything. Thank you and do svidania... a mom

Hey everyone! It was really good to come back to the site and see so much participation. I hope that the reunion went really well. Were there many missionaries from the 94-96 era? That makes me feel pretty ancient! So much has changed in the mission since I was there. I'm dying to go back and visit. Keep in touch, I'd love to hear from you all. Take care, Bryan Moody
